- Documents: Photo/scan ID card (JPEG/PNG) & electronic signature (PNG)
- Order data: Products, date, payment method, debt collection register extract (PDF)
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, server log files, cookie IDs
- Communication data: Emails, support tickets, WhatsApp messages
Data is entered or uploaded directly by the user or collected automatically via cookies / server logs.

7. cookies & tracking
A cookie banner appears on the first visit. Non-essential cookies (e.g. for statistics or marketing) are activated by default, but can be deactivated by the user at any time in the banner. The selection made is saved for 12 months and can be adjusted at any time via the cookie settings.
8 Rights of the data subjects
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection to direct marketing/profiling. Write to info@e-betreibungsauszug.ch.
9. international data transfers
In principle, all personal data remains in Switzerland. Our hosting and server infrastructure is located entirely in Switzerland. Should it be necessary in individual cases to transfer data to service providers in countries without an equivalent level of data protection (e.g. the USA), this is done exclusively by applying suitable guarantees such as standard contractual clauses and additional technical protective measures (e.g. encryption, IP anonymization).
10. partner offers & direct advertising
- Partner offers: If you explicitly activate an additional offer (insurance, telecom, etc.) on the order confirmation page, we will only send your contact details to the selected partner.
- Direct advertising by post: We may use your postal address to draw your attention to suitable third-party services. You can object to this at any time (see § 8).
11. amendments to this declaration
We will adapt this privacy policy as soon as new legal requirements or technical changes make it necessary. You can find the current version at any time at e-betreibungsauszug.ch.
